Hi everyone!
Wow! I am still like in shock from what happened today! =D
Today was a Feis, or Irish dancing competition, and I only needed one more first to be in Open, or the highest level in Irish dance. While I was dancing someone ran into me and I messed up a bit (luckily no one noticed lol), but even my teacher thought I did great! She even said I "Inspired" her lol! (and Coming from my teacher thats big!)
Usually I am critical of myself after I dance but even this time I had no idea how I did, and apparently I did good because I won!!! :) Ive been working for that for sooooooo long I like cant even explain! Lol. Seriously I was like, in shock when the announcer called out my # for 1st place!
Lol, the stage helper who was giving out all the awards first said "Congratulations" the first 3 times during the solo results and when the overall results were announced and I got first the lady said (lol) "I love your face expression!" lol I probably looked sooo funny saying WOW! (quietly) while going up to get my trophy. But this was a great Feis to win at because of a little... rivalry between the school who was hosting the feis and my school lol. =) Oh! I forgot to say that I got a perfect score when I won too! =)
